Answer

The search results in Globrix point directly to the individual property pages found on your website. For each property result we show a thumbnail image, price, address, the number of bedrooms (if appropriate) and some keywords that relate to the property. As with the Globrix crawler, we have researched extensively how to derive accurate information from nearly all types of content however there are some measures you can take to make this task simpler:

  • Publish all the key information on the individual property pages.
  • Publish a reasonably full and clear address for the property somewhere on the page. An example of a poor address would be "Dublin 1", as opposed to "27- 32 Talbot Street, Dublin 1".
  • Publish Globrix meta tags. See "What are Globrix meta tags and how can I use them?"
  • Publish a map link to the property.
  • Always include key details about the property, such as the number of bedrooms.
  • Please include detailed descriptions about the property - Globrix welcomes this and allows users to search via keywords located in the textual descriptions.
Please contact us if you would like more information on this subject. (Please note that Globrix only stores enough information to point searchers back to your website.)
